“Embarking on the landscape of inner well-being, forging connections with nature and community, delving into the sanctum of meditation, walking the path of discipline towards liberation, nurturing the gardens of compassion, understanding that boundaries are gateways, recognizing the essence of your unique offerings. This journey begins with a 30-day purification of the vessel we call body, a 30 day reset from April 21st to May 21st.

What is the essence of this intensive?

It is a willingness to go beyond our pain, patterns, current belief system’s that keep us tethered to our past, and operating from a place of lack. We step in to courage, and develop our trust and cultivate a healing space to develop our gifts and offerings to be of service to the greater collective.

 A quiet power resides within the sensitive soul, and far too often it is hushed at an early age. We are asked to toughen up and not take things so personally. Our sensitivities tend to make others uncomfortable. So we adapt and conform , not to stand out.

You feel it, the body senses great shifts on the horizon. The mind, not sure I want to share what I am feeling, sensing. The knowing, is getting stronger and the time is now to develop your gifts and dissipate your fears.

We numb ourselves to feel less, addiction, and behaviors keep the strong intuition, and emotions at bay.

The setting offers, discovery, community and skills to foster growth and enhance your days with Joy as your baseline. We weave the threads of wisdom, and applied practices to create harmony within and without. We are not just our bodies, our fields go beyond what is visible.

What to expect:

  • 30 Day Hard Reset, journey to health & healing ( you are asked to give up sugar, alcohol, and processed foods in addition adding daily movement)

  • For those embarking on the 30 Day hard reset, a 30 manual will be given

  • Unlimited Yoga April 13th-June 8th

  • Outdoor adventures, hikes walks & Sauna at NTN ( hikes will be listed and are optional)

  • Cold Dip’s are (optional) and listed below

  • Mentorship with Amy, throughout the program

  • Community Building and accountability

  • Weekly reading assignments to enhance your growth and develop your skills.

  • Develop your intuition, practice sessions will be included

Amy Figoli

Amy has been leading classes, workshops, and Immersions for two decades. Amy is deeply committed to her personal growth and the path of self-inquiry. She has become well resourced in human behavior, compassion, and resilience training. 

Throughout the course of the immersion, you will meet with Amy weekly on Sundays. Amy will also lead the 8 outdoor & Student events.
