The season within, a returning to yourself
.
Fall & Winter Immersion 2026/2027
.
.
The Tapestry of Being
.
Not afraid to Exhale,
There is a sacredness that emerges when women gather with the intention to simply be seen—to listen, to share, to witness, and to remember that we were never meant to navigate everything alone.
This Fall/Winter Immersion, is an invitation to move through the changing seasons together, allowing nature to remind us of our own rhythms of change, release, stillness, and renewal. Like the leaves changing their colors, we too have changed and adapted throughout our lives, each experience becoming another thread in the tapestry of our own fabric.
Here, you are invited to set down what you have been carrying and not be afraid to exhale. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about reclaiming the woman who has been there all along—her voice, her intuition, her truth, her knowing, her value and sense of worth.
You may come believing you need to heal. Perhaps what you discover is something different.
Perhaps you are remembering,,
Remembering the woman beneath the expectations, the roles, the masking, and the stories of who you thought you needed to be. Of who you have been taught to be to fit, to mold and the greatest of them all “ To belong”.
We will discover, our own Sovereignty.
A woman who is no longer afraid of her own voice.
A woman who is no longer afraid to take up space.
A woman who is no longer afraid to be seen.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about coming home to yourself.

What Our Saturdays Will Feel Like~
Our Saturdays are intentionally spacious, and unfold organically.
Rather than filling every moment, we will allow room for conversation, silence, movement, nature, reflection, laughter, good food, and whatever may naturally emerge within the group.
What You can expect our days to include:
Time in Pondicherry Park
We are fortunate to have beautiful Pondicherry Park within walking distance of the studio. Throughout the immersion, we will experience the park as the seasons change—walking, observing, reflecting, and occasionally practicing meditation surrounded by nature.
Movement of the Body
Movement may include walking, gentle yoga, somatic movement, or guided stretching.
Meditation & Stillness
Meditation will become an encouraged and integrated part of our time together. You do not need an established meditation practice. We begin where we are.
Self-Inquiry
Rather than being given all the answers, you will be encouraged to become curious. Through questions, writing, discussion, and reflection.
Community & Connection
There is something sacred about sitting with other women without needing to perform, fix, impress, or have everything figured out. This immersion creates space for honest conversation, listening, support, and connection.
And a Fabulous Lunch!
Our full Saturday gatherings include lunch. Sharing a meal together is part of the experience. We have experienced so much JOY during our lunches. Endless laughter, story telling and the comfort of food that reminds us how nourishing it a thoughtful and intentional meal can be.

What People Are Saying about the Immersion Experience.
Rhonda Poulquin
I have done numerous immersions with Amy. Each one is unique, but I always come away with a greater understanding of myself, a strong sense of community, and practices that I have incorporated into my daily life that support my physical and mental health. I am grateful for Amy's skill in tailoring the material she presents to best support the individuals who are participating in each immersion.
There are many reasons that I have attended Amy’s Immersions for almost 15 years. Walking the path of self-inquiry with like-minded people has been a beautiful and enlightening adventure. Each session is carefully planned by Amy to bring us closer to understanding ourselves, our relationships, and our personal journeys. There is movement, meditation, discussion, play, good food, and an opportunity to make lasting friendships. I can highly recommend this Immersion for anyone seeking a rewarding and life-changing experience.
Marcia Uhl
Amy’s yoga immersions are both grounding and expansive. They provide a unique opportunity to cultivate growth and connection within an unconditionally supportive community, where authenticity and empathy were encouraged every step of the way. Through studying engaging material and practicing holistic wellness strategies, I continue to deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection and sustainable self-care. The immersions strengthen not only my personal practices, but also my commitment to living and leading with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
Natalie V“I’ve done a number of immersions with Amy over the years and I keep coming back for more. Each one attracts a great little group to a setting that both challenges and nurtures me to become more grounded and honest with myself and others. Each time we meet, Amy masterfully combines moments of meditation, deep self-reflection, and sharing, time outside in nature, and lighthearted silliness, laughter, and companionship. I always come away with insights and more tools to shift old patterns and work towards living with more ease.”
Judy B
Amy’s immersions at North of Ninety feel like a return—a return to breath, to presence, and to the quiet remembering of what matters most. Having participated in two immersions, I’ve experienced her rare ability to create space that invites grounding and genuine connection; her thoughtfully chosen book selections and supporting materials consistently resonate and are offered at a pace that integrates naturally into my full life, and the sense of accountability and community she cultivates has helped me find steadiness and trust in myself—for which I carry deep gratitude.

Here are some frequently asked questions.
-
Absolutely, you can set up one of the available payment arrangements.
-
Depending on how you are entering the program.
Teachers who seek certification will need to invest more time.
Householders would spend time each week, including daily meditation, readings, reflections, and mat time. For some this might be the a minus of 20 minutes a day for others 30-45 minutes a day.
-
There is no need for concern.
For some, simply being in a setting will be exactly what they need. For others, will be very invested and find the readings and inquiry lead to more readings.
-
This setting may be done individually, or you may decide to partner with another from the program.
-
This is a great place to start. With the foundational teaching. All levels, and an appropriate setting for everyone.

The Tapestry, the fabric of our creation
We arrive carrying many threads—the women who came before us, the families who shaped us, the roles we have played, the things we were taught to believe, the choices we made, the things we survived, and the parts of ourselves we learned to hide.
This immersion isn't about pulling apart the tapestry of your life. It is about weaving.
It is, An Invitation
You don't need to arrive ready.
You don't need to have the right words.
You don't need to know what needs to change. Belonging without sameness. . Our common thread, showing up no longer hiding.
The heron once again our totem animal. The heron represent stillness, patience, discernment, intuition, and knowing when it is time to move.
Nature as more than scenery. We are doing more then talking walks we are observing seasonal change as a way of understanding our own cycles—release, dormancy, uncertainty, renewal.
Reclaiming intuition~ learning the difference between intuition and the voices of fear, conditioning, expectation, and obligation.
What this is NOT. This is not therapy, and women aren't coming to diagnose, analyze, or fix one another.
Amy Figoli
Amy has been leading classes, workshops, and Immersions for two decades. Amy is deeply committed to her personal growth and the path of self-inquiry. She has become well-resourced in human behavior, compassion, and resilience training.
