Each Immersion , and animal presents itself as the as the mascot for the setting. The Owl, came forward. It holds profound spiritual meaning across various cultures, often symbolizing wisdom, insight, and intuition. As a creature of the night, it is associated with mystery and the ability to see what others cannot.

Owls are also seen as guardians of the unseen realms, guiding individuals through transitions and helping them tap into their inner knowledge. Additionally, they can represent change, transformation, and the need to embrace one’s true self, encouraging a deeper understanding of life’s mysteries.

Here are some frequently asked questions.

  • In this setting, we offer ample opportunities to experience connection and community. Any assignments given will be in the weekly email or you can connect with other partners.

  • Absolutely, you can set up one of the payment arrangements available to make the program doable.

  • It is recommended that you plan 5-10 hours per work. This included developing your meditation practice reading and audio materials and connection with others.

  • There is no need for concern. There will be two weeks over the 16-week course to catch up. We also trust and support your pace. Some of the information may take time to assimilate.

  • Over the course you will be offered the option of having accountability partners. We have found this to be very helpful in follow-through and practice.

  • This will be a foundational practice that is developed over time. Instructions will be given, and at-home practices will be offered.

What to expect during the course of the Immersion

  • Meditation as medicine. We will embark on a building a regular mediation practice.

  • Develop a movement & strength practice.

  • There are weekly reading assignments

  • Daily practices to support our resilience. Introducing the 3 “ 8’s” method

  • Create an Action Board for 2025

  • Cultivate courage to express, and Rise to your fullest potential

  • Weekly updates, may include podcast suggestion, additional material and audio’s to support your journey

  • Cold Dip’s are (optional) and will start end of April

  • Mentorship with Amy and peers

  • Community Building & partners accountabilty

  • Weekly reading and or audio assignments to enhance your growth and develop your skills.

  • Embracing stillness and silence as “A sanctuary of solitude ”

  • Unravel your conditioning, at a pace that feels supportive

  • The willingness to step into The Great Paradigm Shift with support by the setting and community

  • Implement gratitude practices to foster a positive mindset.

  • Healing thru a variety of modalities

Studio Day’s

It will include a variety of threads of Yoga , movement, meditation, practice sessions, and reflection work. The foundation of our days, is set with the intention to experience laughter, joy and fully express our feelings and feel safe in doing so.

5 Week Fasting protocol - This is not required, and can be flexible

  • Week #1 Prep Work. You will decided which is the best option for you and manageable

    For your lifestyle.

  • Week #2 We begin the First phase

  • Week #3 We begin to deduct and integrate Phase #2

  • Week #4 We are making progress, and will look at how the change is supporting you before adding Phase #3

  • Week #5 Lasts week, will be the most challenging, but doable. Phase #4

    The options of entry will be listed once you sign up. This will not be for everyone, if you are pregnant

    Or suffer from an eating disorder. Please note this is not a controlled Fast, this a cleanse by choice. You are

Cold dips are believed to have a positive impact on the body by helping to regulate the nervous system and support the immune system. Advocates of cold water therapy suggest that exposure to cold water can activate the body's natural healing abilities, making it a popular practice among wellness enthusiasts. By subjecting the body to cold temperatures, it is thought to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and boost the immune response. Although the research on the benefits of cold dips is ongoing, many individuals find this invigorating practice to be a refreshing way to promote overall well-being.

Amy Figoli

Amy has been leading classes, workshops, and Immersions for two decades. Amy is deeply committed to her personal growth and the path of self-inquiry. She has become well resourced in human behavior, compassion, and resilience training. 

Throughout the course of the immersion, you will meet with Amy weekly on Sundays. Amy will also lead the 8 outdoor & Student events.
