Introduction to the Path of Yoga.

This setting invites novice seekers, those looking to forge a connection with the practice of uniting the body, mind, and spirit. As we navigate working with injuries or those new to the mat, we offer guidance on adapting postures for strength-building and healing. You will be offered recommendations for practicing at home to maintain and embody the learning.

Each week, we will have a theme and covertures and modifications, as well as discuss a series of pos the threads of yoga.

I am limiting the class to 8 to ensure individual attention.
