A soft opening to your weekend. This class is suitable for all ages, and all Levels.
Our practice can be our offering to all that is. As we settle into the breath, experiencing a soft landing in our bodies, opening slowly, allowing the breath to take us into the shapes to free the areas of tension and congestion. We build slowly to a place of stability, intention, and strength.

This class begins with a slow build-up, warming the body and preparing for stronger poses. In this class, we work with longer holds to build strength and stamina, bringing Vitality to the body. We also include Sun Salutations, linking Salutations to the peak poses of the session. Each class is sequentially created and built to a peak.

You are welcome to drop in for the classes you choose or to attend all 5 for greater understanding.
Week#1
This week, there is an overview of the path of YOGA accompanied by a handout with further resources to explore.
We find the appropriate setup for meditation.
We will explore Ujjayi—the breath of the practice.
Understand the structure of a class and the importance of developing a listening relationship with the body.
This is not a physical practice. There will be time for Q&A

This is a /Silent practice, discover how to wind down and be on the receiving end.

This class will be 75 minutes long.
